📄 Terms of Sale

These terms apply between:
Bitcoinfabrikken AS (org. no. 929 823 966 MVA), hereafter referred to as “Bitcoinfabrikken”,
and the customer, hereafter referred to as “you,” “customer,” or “user.”
All payments are processed via Stripe and are prepaid monthly. Upon purchase, a recurring payment (Stripe Recurring) is created, and you will be automatically charged each month until you choose to cancel your subscription.
The price per spot is stated on each product and includes VAT.
Once payment is completed, you are assigned an active spot in the chosen shift. The spot is activated automatically and participates in mining within 24 hours.
The service is fully digital and requires no physical delivery. You gain access to status updates and activity display via our website.
The service is activated immediately after purchase. By completing the purchase, you consent to immediate delivery, and therefore the right of withdrawal does not apply, in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act §22 (n).
There is no physical product to return. If you wish to end your subscription, you can do so at any time (see Subscription).

We comply with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act and Right of Withdrawal Act where applicable, and we handle all inquiries as quickly as possible.
In case of disagreement, we aim to resolve the matter amicably. If this is not possible, the case may be brought before the Norwegian Consumer Authority or the ordinary courts in Norway.
Sandefjord District Court is the agreed legal venue.
When purchasing, a running subscription agreement is created with no binding period. You may cancel your subscription at any time via My Account.
Cancellation stops further charges, and your spot will end at the close of the current subscription period.
The subscription price may be adjusted, but you will be notified in advance of any changes.
Your membership in Bitcoinfabrikken is linked to one or more active spots in a shift. You may terminate your membership at any time by canceling your subscription via My Account.
If you wish to change shift or spot, you must cancel the active subscription and purchase a new spot (if available).
